Gerard (Gerhard) ZIFFER was the son of Julius and Anna ZIFFER both of whom died in the Holocaust.

He had two siblings:

and
a sister Elisabeth MODREY who, in 1948 lived at 115 Fairview Ave, West Orange, New Jersey, USA
